The service is fast, friendly, and always respectful. Maithem is a genuinely kind and cool person — it’s always a pleasure to sit down and have a conversation with him. All of the staff are professional and treat you with great respect.

Came in to get an oil change and tires done. Everything went smooth and on time. They explained what they were doing, no upselling or pressure. Prices were fair. Overall, I’m satisfied.

This place is the worst when it comes down to speaking, manners, and customer service overall. I came here for an oil change which I was told my vehicle is too low, even though I have been there before and they did an oil change to this exact car without issues. The Arab there is disrespectful and can’t communicate respectfully. He said “ur driving me crazy u said we can put it up but now ur saying no” they really need better training here.

Any review with the word "honest or polite" is clearly incorrect! I was referred here and was unhappy about the service. I arrive and informed to take a seat. I waited almost 15 minutes, it happens. Guy is at the desk eating and on social media..well alright. I guess warming up for the day. I see signs that say "not responsible for lost or stolen items, please hide valuables" so 2nd red flag. Second sign read along the lines of "labor provided is not guaranteed". So basically "We have no integrity" and "inexperienced techs". How about making the customer feel valued and appreciated. We'll make things right if service was not satisfactory. I had to reset my insurance password, owner finally comes out, tell me to move my car for the next customer that had just arrived. So I can wait on you and staff but they can't wait on me?? I continue to wait and when owner tells me to move car again, it doesn't make sense since there was another car in the bay. I clarify with him since I'm soo confused. I said "where to? Behind or next??" But I'm annoyed by his demeanor and he can tell, he says "you can go." Don't waste your time here, he's rude and does not have any professional etiquette as a b

Welcome your grandads auto shop! The gentlemen here are kind and polite and so experienced. Service is fast as anything, and the prices are way better than the places that make you wait 2 hrs for an oil change. Yes they're English is sometimes limited, but that doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. Would come here again and again.
